When making your travel arrangements and hotel reservations, please remember the MAPPS Program Committee works hard to provide useful, quality sessions throughout the entire conference, including the last day. Please make your hotel and flight reservations accordingly. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. on July 19 and end at 11:00 a.m. on July 23. Please do not schedule a departure until after the conference conclusion. A preliminary program will be posted on the MAPPS website shortly.
Online Registration for the MAPPS 2008 Summer Conference in Sun Valley, Idaho is available until July 14. Any registrations made after this date are subject to Late Registration Fees and must be made by calling the MAPPS staff at 703-787-6996. MAPPS has a $150 cancellation fee 30 days or fewer before the conference. Sorry, no refunds 7 days prior to conference. The deadline to receive the MAPPS hotel rate ends June 3, 2008.
