Photogrammetry Group Manager

Due to our exceptional growth, we are searching for an experienced manager to join our Photogrammetry team in Dayton, Ohio as a Group Manager. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work for one of the geospatial technology pioneers in the U.S. and will be key in helping guide and grow our business as we move into the future.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly dedicated Photogrammetry professionals to meet group and project goals. In this role, you will develop and maintain client relationships that result in mutually beneficial working arrangements. This role will give you the opportunity to manage key projects for our Photogrammetry Group by aligning the proper resources, ensuring schedules are adhered to and maintaining budgets. You will also represent Woolpert in key civic and professional associations throughout Ohio.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a management role. A certification in Photogrammetry is strongly preferred, but not required. Technical experience should include the following; LiDAR editing/processing, photogrammetry, GIS, and remote sensing. Position also requires excellent communication & writing skills in order to successfully work with employees, project managers and clients to ensure excellent project results. Occasional travel is required.
