Position Title: Airborne Acquisition Manager
Dayton, OH

Woolpert, Inc, a national, geospatial services industry leader, is seeking an experienced candidate for an Operational Manager position in Airborne Acquisition & Processing. This position will provide leadership, direction and oversight to our aerial acquisition fleet and LiDAR/digital camera processing team. Position will oversee day- to-day activities of staff including schedules, travel planning and monitoring weather conditions at project locations as well as ensuring technical, strategic work plans exist to complete projects on schedule and within budget. Candidate will also be responsible for scheduling all maintenance and upgrades to aerial sensors and aircraft. Successful candidate will work with group managers, operations managers and clients within and outside Woolpert's Geospatial Services divisions.

Position requires a Bachelors degree with five years related experience planning, implementing, and performing photogrammetric projects. Candidates must possess the ability to analyze problems, envision solutions and develop those solutions using current state-of-the-art technology in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Excellent communication and writing skills, along with previous management and supervisory experience are required. Some travel required.
