Committee Charge: Provide liaison between MAPPS and FEMA, DHS and DOD for the identification, discussion and cooperative resolution of issues of mutual interest and affecting the relationship between these agencies and private geospatial firms.

In March 2007, MAPPS combined the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Liaison Committees into one joint committee. The notes below reflect the change. Notes from meetings from to 2007 are separated into the individual committees.
