With the conference theme of, "Entering and Expanding Global Business Opportunities", sessions will focus on the ability of engineering and geospatial businesses from small to large to export their professional services outside of the United States.
Conference sessions will feature organizations that finance, procure, coordinate, and manage geospatial and engineering projects outside the Unites States. Officials from agencies and non-governmental organizations will discuss their programs, budgets, requirements and procurement procedures for geospatial and engineering services. In addition, private sector professionals experienced in global business will share best practices and lessons learned.
The conference will provide private sector companies that are new or exploring markets outside the United States with information on how to work globally with experienced firms and deal with strategic planning, laws, culture, regulations, safety and insurance. Experienced firms working overseas will benefit from discussions with exporting experts and potential clients.
