2020 winter conference emerging leaders technical project

MAPPS is adding a new element to the Emerging Leaders Program while at the 2020 Winter Conference in Honolulu, Hawaii. This will provide deeper education value, a networking/problem-solving opportunity, a product delivery task and incorporate a technical project into the 2020 Winter Conference Curriculum.

MAPPS along with four national geospatial, academic, engineering and science associations celebrated twenty (20) year of National GIS Day on Capitol Hill on Wednesday November 13, 2019. Co-hosts included American Association of Geographers (AAG), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), the National States Geographic Information Council (NSGIC) and Association of American State Geologists (AASG).
