Shaping the Future: A Journey of Innovation and Transformation in the Age of AI

Sunday, July 19 - 8:15 AM

Dan will share his insights on the past, present, and future of technology and infrastructure planning, design, and construction.  He will highlight some trends and opportunities that shape future vision and strategy, especially given the rapid advancement and pace of adoption of AI.  He will use all of this to challenge the audience to think creatively and critically about their own roles and contributions in the rapidly changing world of technology, environment, and society.

Dan Vogen is a Vice President in the Asset Analytics team at Bentley Systems. He has worked with transportation agency solutions for over 30 years, in areas ranging from design through asset inventory, operation, maintenance, analytics, and oversize/overweight permitting automation. In his Asset Analytics role, he has broadened from his focus on transportation to include other industries such as communication towers, energy distribution, and IoT. Dan is responsible for all go-to-market activities and growth, as well as working with other potential partners and acquisitions. He earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
